Since 1970 we have been one step ahead in producing and developing beauty products with great attention to quality, naturalness and production standards.

The production and packaging laboratories

Our laboratories are built according to the pharmaceutical norms. Production and packaging are carried out in a controlled atmosphere: classified environment 10.000. This indicates the degree of “sterility”.
Besides filtrating and monitoring environmental air, this classification involves a series of criteria which conform Ardes' laboratories to the most severest pharmaceutical norms.

We are available for full-service and for providing you both with normative advice to write texts for the packages of your products and with advertising texts. A wide range of several and diverse boxes and cases is always available in our warehouse.

Our Production

We plan and produce finished goods with great attention towards market tendencies. We can share with you more than 1.000 tested formulas with a ready dossier and a database with the effects registered. Our quality control begins with raw materials than follows all the production phases. Every lot goes through a microbiologic analysis.

Our password: work flexibility

We produce by using vacuum turbo emulsifiers and other devices of diverse capacity.
We package by using automatic and semi-automatic machines.
We can work with any kind of box or case supplied to us by the customer.
We can easily produce small and medium-big quantities.
Daily production: 25-2000 kg.
Daily packaging: 100-30000 units phials, bottles, jars, packets and others, or 5 up to 100 kg bulks.
